An Outstanding Experience

At our Nail Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Creō Nails experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

Please give 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.  This will allow Lindsey the time to fill the space as there are often several people waiting to take the spaces when they come up.

Unfortunate events do crop up and Creō Nails will always try and help avoid unnecessary costs, but please be aware that Lindsey is a single parent to two children and relies on her income to pay the bills and is financially affected by last minute cancellations so you will be charged for these and for any missed appointments.
